Die automation

At Balzarin Silverio we do project and realise automation for dies which are able to manage the transfer of the pieces within the die and during the processing phase.
Moreover, we also realise automation for the control and check of the correct movement of the piece during processing. Our control automations are predisposed for implementing self-learning.Indeed, the equipment we project is provided with optical fibre sensors which allow ON/OFF cycles.

In this way it is possible to store the piece’s movements and reduce the facility’s setup.
